Your Responsibilities
Lead supplier price and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditions
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals
Drive cost reduction initiatives across assigned categories
Establish and maintain a strategic supplier panel to ensure long-term supply security
Share relevant market insights with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Organize and conduct regular business review meetings with key suppliers
Ensure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms through strategic sourcing
Draft, manage, and ensure compliance with supplier contracts
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on cost management and supplier performance
Build strong supplier relationships and secure long-term contingency planning
Foster cross-functional collaboration to align procurement strategies with corporate objectives
Engage in active communication and negotiation with suppliers to achieve best-value outcomes
Our Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration or at equal level through experience; in-depth understanding and knowledge of the industry is a plus
Proven track record of over 5 years in the procurement or supply chain sector, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost-saving initiatives, achieving measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability
Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing complex contract negotiations
Forward thinking, self-directed, capable of taking independent actions, and ability to take decisions that drive business performance
Project management skills to support procurement initiatives
Knowledge of computer software, including ERP systems and digital procurement tools
Fluent in written and oral English (Level C1), any other language is a plus
Willingness to travel (approx. 5-10%)
