What will you be doing?
As Senior Brand Marketer, you'll take ownership of how Verhaert's vision and mission are communicated across every channel and touchpoint. Beyond translating our story into compelling brand experiences, you'll lead the way in shaping it, making sure we visually express who we are: an ambitious, trusted innovation partner driving meaningful progress.
You'll cooperate with Verhaert's top management on key marketing decisions and work closely with the sales team. Together with two marketing colleagues, you'll design and roll out campaigns that inspire clients, engage talent and strengthen the company's reputation as Europe's leading innovation service provider.
Beyond your strategic and storytelling skills, you'll bring graphical expertise that sets the bar high for visual brand expression. From big-picture strategy to the smallest design details, you'll make sure Verhaert's DNA shines through consistently and creatively.
Experience you bring to the team
You're a strategic and creative Brand Marketer who thrives at translating strategy into campaigns and content that make a real impact. Specifically, you:
Have a proven track record in graphic design and content marketing, with hands-on experience in storytelling and visual branding.
Master Adobe Creative Cloud to create visuals, infographics, presentations, brochures and video content.
Move easily between creative thinking and structured execution, taking responsibility for projects end-to-end.
Are comfortable with SEO/SEA, website optimization and marketing automation (HubSpot is a plus).
Excel in Dutch and English and thrive in an international setting.
Understand customer journeys and segmentation, tailoring campaigns and communications to audiences and touchpoints.
Translate data and insights into actionable branding decisions.
Build digital flows that generate engagement and leads.
Inspire consistent and engaging use of Verhaert's visual identity.
