We are currently looking for a strong and dynamic Sales Director, well experienced in Sales strategy and managing teams to develop and grow all revenue channels in our Belgian business.

This key role will oversee day-to-day Sales operations, focusing on business growth.

The Sales Director will be part of the Belgian Management team and report to the Director Ecowater Belgium.

* Develop, optimize, and execute the Sales strategy for all channels within our Benelux business.
* Prepare the annual Sales budget plans and provide monthly updates & progress reports.
* Conduct market mapping, analyze channel conflicts, competitor activity, and product impact.
* Analyze sales reports and other data sources to improve performance, with a focus on our B2C business.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth through partnerships or new initiatives.
* Manage commercial relationships with key customers via the B2C and B2B Sales teams, including personal management of national key accounts.
* Coach and develop Inside Sales, B2C, and B2B Sales teams on best practices, fostering a culture of growth, continuous improvement, and accountability.
* Lead regular meetings with the Sales teams.
* Promote teamwork and cohesion across channels and functions.
* Represent the company positively and professionally with all stakeholders.
* Possess a degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
* Have proven sales experience, ideally in both B2C and B2B channels.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making aptitude.
* Experience with marketing practices, especially market mapping, is advantageous.
* Have significant team management experience with the ability to inspire and motivate.
* Experience in an international environment is a plus.
* Work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
* Maintain high customer orientation.
* Exhibit excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Be energetic, inventive, and positive.
* Show perseverance, integrity, and honesty.
* Be flexible, committed, self-motivated, and resilient.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
* Have good PC skills (MS Office, ERP, Sales Management systems).
* Be available for full-time employment in a dynamic, growing international company.
* Value regular feedback and coaching, and support personal development.
