Student in Financial
Your Mission
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team to support both our Customer Service and Finance departments. This is a cross-functional role that will directly contribute to the structuring and optimization of contract management, revenue tracking, and financial reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of service contracts, including key commercial and financial terms: Contract duration (start/end dates); Scope of services and revenue breakdown; Indexation clauses, invoicing conditions, and renewal terms
2. Develop tools to support ad hoc invoicing scenarios, such as late interest charges or contract amendments.
3. Collaborate with Finance to refine and automate the split of order intake between Equipment and Customer Service.
4. Contribute to the digitalization of our internal processes, including dashboarding and reporting tools to support strategic and operational decisions.
Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Engineering, Finance, Management, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Excel (knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus).
Comfortable working with both financial and operational data.
Fluent in English and French.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
