Job Description
* Assist with the recruitment process: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly applied and followed
* Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and contracts
* Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
The Successful Applicant
* Prior experience in a generalist HR role or relevant HR internship
* Fluent in French and Dutch (English is an asset)
* Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working with HR software and MS Office
