We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a leading company in the Nuclear Medicine sector. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring the highest standards in order management and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

The Customer Service Representative will manage the full order management process (from quote to invoice) for customers, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally. This busy and varied role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
* Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy.
* Follow SOPs, work instructions, and departmental daily tasks.
* Keep up-to-date with company products and customer service processes.
* Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Escalate requests outside of policy to the Team Leader/Manager.

Requirements & Skills:

* 1–3 years' experience in fast-paced customer service (medical or pharmaceutical experience preferred).
* Experience in inbound call centers, retail, or other customer-facing roles.
* Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
