What’s the scope?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate ECI Supervisor to oversee our corners inside El Corte Inglés department stores, both in Spain and Portugal.
Based in Madrid and reporting to the ECI Concessions Manager, this role is key in driving sales, ensuring operational excellence and leading highly engaged store teams.
As an ECI Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing several points of sale and ensuring their alignment with company strategy. You will:
* Support the team’s sales targets, setting clear guidelines to achieve them.
* Supervise daily commercial and administrative operations at store level.
* Monitor performance via KPIs and ensure ongoing improvement.
* Maintain regular contact with store teams through visits and calls.
* Share relevant updates with teams: sales data, competitor activity, product launches, price changes, promotions, etc.
* Actively participate in the opening and closing of new stores.
Skills for Success:
Team Leadership:
* Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support for store employees.
* Manage scheduling, shift coverage, time off and day-to-day team concerns.
* Handle staff selection processes as needed.
Store & Product Management:
* Oversee ordering, inventory, returns, transfers and stock control.
* Guarantee the right staffing levels in each store, including monitoring working hours and holidays.
* Train staff on processes and ensure Visual standards are correctly implemented.
Customer Experience:
* Ensure the team is well-trained in product knowledge.
* Deliver customer service training focused on personalized selling and loyalty building.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as Retail Area Manager in fashion.
* High level of English. Native Spanish speaker.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
* University degree or equivalent.
* Results-driven, clear communicator, organized and reliable.
* Strong customer focus with problem-solving mindset and high commitment to quality.
