Communication Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our company's goals.
About the Role
* This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communication.
* You will work closely with various departments and entities to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative communication solutions and create engaging content for internal and external platforms. You will also support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with company goals.
2. Create, edit, and distribute engaging content on various internal and external platforms.
3. Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos.
4. Work with various departments and entities to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
5. Manage specific files, such as innovative actions, brand development, and protection, budget preparation, selection and briefing of main suppliers, client-oriented market research, large communication campaigns, important events, etc.
Requirements
* A Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing.
* At least 5 years of experience as a Communication Specialist or in a similar communication and marketing role.
* An excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
* An excellent understanding of corporate communication principles, crisis communication strategies, people, and culture.
* Highly creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative communication solutions.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* A proven ability to create communication plans and deliver impactful communication programs, including the development of messages and strategies, planning, and targeting communication for different audiences.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with the MS Office suite and mastery of collaborative tools, social media, and digital technology.
* An interest in international trade.
