Supervision Expert

Your mission:
The Supervision Expert provides practical leadership within the Supervision team, ensuring smooth coordination of corporate projects and incident management. You streamline processes, guide technical teams, and maintain standards to support efficient Supervision operations.
Main responsibilities:
* Serve as the entry point for corporate projects within the SUPERVISION, ensuring impact analysis, adherence to standards, and project monitoring.
* Lead the coordination of complex incidents and escalations in collaboration with the Supervision Front Office (SMC/NOC).
* Coach and guide the Supervision Front Office teams (SMC/NOC) in new technologies, while supporting the Training & Quality Manager.
* Manage the problem management process by providing historical data, trends, and
* insights to relevant teams.
* Oversee monitoring tools, ensuring they remain functional and up to date.
* Provide vigilant support for the SMC/NOC outside business hours.
* Suggest improvements in tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
* Develop ad-hoc tools and automations to facilitate SMC/NOC operations.
* May be on duty to resolve incidents/act as management escalation level outside business hours.
Your profile:
* Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of proven experience in operational support.
* Ability to manage supervision processes with practical insights.
* PRINCE2/AGILE project management certification would be a plus.
* Advanced telecommunications and network technology knowledge would be a plus.
* CCNA or equivalent certification would be an asset.
* Capacity to manage priorities and work to deadlines.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Fluent French (and/or Dutch) and English.
