Writing information systems on-line help;
Writing web documentation;
Prepare and give training courses on information systems;
Translate business analysts input to information consumable by the end-user.
Requirements:
University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint);
Good knowledge of MS-Office;
Knowledge in end user assistance of information systems and general IT skills;
Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks;
Knowledge of web languages or tools (e.g. html, flash) would be considered an asset;
Excellent command of the English language.
