You will take ownership of some of the most complex, business critical digital transformation programs. In this role, you will drive company wide, multi‑region and cross business domain programs for our global manufacturing engineering locations involving significant organizational, technological, and operational change. /p ul liCompany wide digital transformation initiatives /li liGlobal system modernization and replacement projects /li liData, analytics, and integration platform evolution /li liProcess digitalization and workflow automation across business domains /li liCross functional capability and operating model redesign /li liComplex IT modernization, cloud adoption, or cybersecurity uplift initiatives /li /ul pYour tasks and responsibilities: /p ul liLead enterprise wide Digital IT transformation projects programs from initiation to value realization, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, architecture standards, and cybersecurity requirements with strong focus on global process harmonization, system integrations, and digital transformation. /li liDefine program structure, scope, budget, delivery model, governance, and roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives and digital/IT architecture standards. /li liLead international, distributed, and cross‑functional teams to drive project success /li liEnsure high‑quality program execution through structured planning (WBS), risk management, dependency management, and milestone tracking. /li liPrepare and lead steering committees with senior leadership; drive decisions through clear options, impact statements, and risk/benefit assessments. /li liOversee partner/ vendor delivery performance, drive RFP/RFI processes, negotiate SOWs, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs. /li liEnsure successful go lives through coordinated testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, migration rehearsals, and operational readiness. /li liLead organizational change management, stakeholder communication, training planning, and user adoption to secure sustainable value realization. /li liShape and mature the Digital IT PMO, advancing delivery standards, coaching PMs, developing frameworks, and strengthening the global project management community. /li /ul h3bYour profile as Senior Project Manager Digital IT (m/f/d): /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Digital Business Engineering, or related field. /li li10+ years of progressive experience leading large‑scale, enterprise‑wide IT and digital transformation projects, including global ERP transformation or equivalent large digital core systems in an engineering manufacturing environment. /li liProven ability to execute programs with high complexity, multi region reach, diverse stakeholder groups, and multiple delivery partners. /li liStrong understanding of enterprise architecture, business process design, integration patterns, master data domains, and digital platform ecosystems. /li liSolid understanding of IT/OT security (e.g., ISO27001, IEC62443), data governance privacy (GDPR/NIS2) and ITIL based operational processes /li liDemonstrated success using Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery models with the ability to select and tailor the delivery approach based on project needs /li liExcellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels, including senior leadership. /li liHigh proficiency in program and project financial management, benefits realization tracking, and vendor/contract management. /li liCertifications such as PRINCE2 practitioner, Agile practitioner or equivalents are highly preferred. /li liFluency in English required.
