Job description Your responsibilities: - Ensuring timely delivery to customers: You make sure finished trucks reach customers correctly and on time, either through customer pick-up or arranged delivery. - Monitoring the full planning: You oversee the planning of each ordered truck and maintain a clear overview of the entire distribution process. - Informing customers of delays: If delays occur on the production line, you proactively and professionally inform the customer. - Communication with the factory: You maintain close contact with the production department to monitor vehicle status and detect deviations in time. - Transport organization: You coordinate the practical arrangements for transportation. This is a day-shift position, working 8 hours per day. Your working hours start between 7:30 and 9:00. Profiel - You are strong in communication and customer-oriented. - You work accurately and maintain oversight of multiple ongoing planning schedules. - You have a logistical mindset and feel comfortable in an environment where planning and transport come together. - You can switch quickly when production or delivery schedules change. - You learn new processes easily and work independently in follow-up and communication. - You are available full-time during the required period. - Experience in logistics, planning, or customer coordination is a plus. You speak and understand English very well. Aanbod You will work under a temporary (interim) contract and are available full-time for the entire period. A temporary role with responsibility in the distribution of high-quality vehicles. A 3–4 week training period so you can fully master the process.
