Description de l'offre

Req ID:504286

At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Could you be the full-time Product Industrialization Manager (PIM/TIM) in Charleroi we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all industrial processes are meticulously designed and implemented to meet established requirements while achieving Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business—such as Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Industrial Quality—while also coordinating with external stakeholders like industrial suppliers and certification agencies. You’ll lead the industrialization team during product development phases and ensure seamless collaboration across functions.

You’ll specifically take care of developing industrial management plans and overseeing the industrialization planning, but also managing activities like Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) and First Article Reviews (FAR).

We’ll look to you for:

1. Ensuring industrial requirements are addressed during product specification and design phases
2. Developing global macro-processes and preparing for the introduction of new technologies
3. Establishing and monitoring industrialization work packages, including budgets and schedules
4. Managing the issuance of industrial documentation and ensuring adherence to quality standards
5. Overseeing the availability of tools and workstations aligned with EHS and ergonomic standards
6. Leading continuous improvement initiatives post-serial production
7. Acting as the primary point of contact for industrialization matters, facilitating cross-functional collaboration

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

8. Engineering or master’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or supply chain disciplines
9. 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering
10. Technical expertise in process engineering, Lean manufacturing, and line balancing
11. Experience in project management and working with ERP systems like SAP
12. Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (, CATIA, DELMIA)
13. Familiarity with quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics
14. Skills in Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies
15. Basic finance knowledge
16. Strong communication skills in English

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

17. Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
18. Work with new security standards for rail signalling
19. Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
20. Contribute to innovative projects that impact global mobility
21. Utilise our inclusive and dynamic working environment
22. Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
23. Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning programs
24. Progress towards leadership roles or specialized industrialization expertise
25. Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Important to note

As a global business, we’re an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in. We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.
