Job Title: SAP Cloud IAG SpecialistLanguages: Dutch, French & EnglishWork Location: Brussels (Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite)Contract Duration: 22/06/2026 - 31/12/2026Job descriptionSAP Cloud Identity and Access Governance SpecialistWe are looking for a technical-functional SAP Cloud IAG expert to join on a part-time basis our ERP Access Management team for the implementation of SAP Cloud IAG as a provisioning and SoD management solution.With the ERP Access Management team, you assist in the design and implementation of our SAP Cloud IAG solution and participate in the go-live and hypercare activities.Your role:You provide technical-functional support and advice on the implementation of SAP Cloud IAG for the following topics:Access Analysis Service: set up the SoD analysis framework, replacing the existing SAP GRC Access Control solution for legacy SAP systems, and integrating SAP Ariba; Privileged Access Management service: implement PAM for the existing on-premises SAP environment and extend for the ongoing S/4HANA implementation; Role Design Service and Access Request Service: migrate existing business roles from SAP Identity Management and in-house access request solution into SAP Cloud IAG, ensuring proper workflow setup with required approvals and automatic provisioning. This includes analysis of HR triggers for automatic access requests.Access Certification Service: implement a framework and workflows regarding access certification and attestation across the SAP cloud and on-premises landscape.Important to note: the SAP Cloud IAG implementation will take place simultaneously with the implementation of SAP S/ 4HANA Private Cloud Edition. New connections and roles will therefore also need to included in the SAP Cloud IAG solution as the project progresses.Analyse architectural and functional requirements for integration with a 3rd party Identity Governance solution (to be determined via public tender)You document and configure solutions for bugs and changes.You manage the relationship with our internal clients (SNCB – Finance, Internal Audit) to critically capture and analyse their improvement requests.You are proactive in applying best practices and proposing improvements to our client.This is not a PM or coordinator position and will require hands-on work while also transferring knowledge to the internal SAP Security team.Compliance CriteriaYou hold a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent by experience.Languages: Proven experience using Dutch, French, and English at work, with the ability to communicate clearly, participate in meetings, write documentation, and engage with business and technical stakeholdersExperience in implementing and operating SAP Cloud IAG, bothtechnical and functional, specifically integrating with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors, including SOD analysis during access request handling.Experience with SAP authorizations on ECC, GRC, S/4HANA, and SAP SaaS solutions: BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or C4C/CDC:Evaluation criteriaYou have knowledge of provisioning and authorisation concepts on SAP SaaS Cloud solutions and S/4HANA.You have integration experience between SAP Cloud IAG and SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.You have integration experience between SAP Cloud IAG and SAP SaaS.
