Zaventem | Dutch English | Permanent contract | International company | Attractive salary For one of our clients, located in Zaventem, Hays is looking for a Senior Accountant Dutch/English.What you'll be doing:Financial Reporting:Handle VAT returns, balance sheets, and compliance with international standards (BE GAAP) while conducting reconciliations.Process Management:Implement efficient accounting processes and internal controls and suggest improvements where necessary.Compliance and Audits:Ensure adherence to legislation and internal rules, and manage documentation during audits, following up on action points and recommendations.Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to budget creation and financial forecasts, monitoring performance and analyzing variances between actual and budgeted figures.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate effectively with other departments.
