We are seeking a seasoned IT Portfolio Manager to lead and optimize a strategic portfolio of infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, proven experience in managing complex IT environments, and a deep understanding of infrastructure and security domains. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects align with business goals and deliver long-term value.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a prioritized portfolio of infrastructure and security projects aligned with strategic objectives
* Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring portfolio decisions support business needs and long-term planning
* Oversee portfolio governance and provide clear, consistent reporting to top management
* Guide and support project managers in applying best practices and delivering high-quality outcomes
* Lead continuous improvement efforts in portfolio management processes
* Ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects
* Coordinate budgeting efforts and manage multi-million-euro project budgets
* Drive roadmap definition, RFP drafting, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio management
* Strong background in infrastructure and IT security
* Proven experience managing large teams (20+ FTEs) and complex projects
* Experience with MDR (Managed Detection & Response) projects in IT and OT environments
* Demonstrated ability to define strategic roadmaps and lead governance improvements
* Expertise in budget oversight for large-scale programs
* Familiarity with drafting RFPs and negotiating with vendors
* Strong communication skills, able to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience reporting to C-level executives
* Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (with a proficient level in the other language)
* Experience working in highly regulated or critical infrastructure sectors is a plus
