I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading IT consultancy that is delivering several high-impact digital transformation projects across Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements
* Configure and customise ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Support integrations with third-party systems and APIs
* Drive best practices in ServiceNow development, governance, and architecture
* Participate in workshops, sprint planning, testing, and deployment activities
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Consultant
* C1 in French OR Dutch
* Strong hands-on expertise in ITOM, CSM and HRSD (other modules may be advantageous)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
* Must reside in Belgium
