Your responsibilities
Responsibilities
After our Remarketing department launches the expertise in the designated system, the Contract Termination Team comes into action. Your main responsibilities are:
* Perform the administrative closing of contracts in Miles
* Review and validate contract termination documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal procedures
* Handle Salesforce cases related to contract termination queries, the majority is early termination proposals and invoice related questions
* Manage multiple shared mailboxes and ensure timely, accurate responses to incoming email inquiries
Who are we looking for?
* You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
* You have strong administrative skills and have a hands-on mentality
* Experience with tools like Miles and Salesforce are a plus but not a must
* you can distinguish main and secondary issues
* you work accurately and attentively
* you are a team player
