We're seeking for a motivated, Junior Digital Product Operations Internship to join us at the Operations & Innovation team in Brussels for our Merchandising Planning and Inventory Management (MPIM) Department.

About The Job
1. Work together with Product Manager and IT to build, maintain, and optimize systems & digital products.
2. Partner with MPIM (Merchandizing Planning & Inventory Management) and Operations business stakeholders and x-functional teams to analyze the needs and align digital product’s roadmap to strategic goals.
3. Assists on the Product implementation roadmap:Partner with business teams to understand individualized needs, and achieve the best solution to meet those needsDevelop appropriately detailed specifications and mockups for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.Assist the coordination with x-functional partners (Engineering team, external vendors, business teams) to develop prototypes in the best secured way, aligned to specifications and creating best outcomePartner with the project manager to communicate progress with the relevant stakeholdersSupport testing the Products to drive efficiency across the department.Continuously gathers feedback and insights to integrate into the product roadmap.
4. Encourage adoption of solutions through close partnerships with business teams, understanding barriers or challenges
5. Continuously learn about innovative technology and look for ways to upgrade our current WoW.
About You
6. Student of Business Systems, Information Management, Industrial Engineer, Computer Science or related field
7. Strategic / Creative / Technical thinker.
8. Entrepreneurship skills or experience.
9. Organizational / Team management skills (sports, hobbies, junior enterprises, students’ groups and similar)
10. You are flexible and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
11. English fluent, written and spoken
12. Interest in Graphic Design is a plus
Start date: July 2025 for a minimum of 6 months
