We are looking for an Industry Director to further accelerate our offering and strategy for the following domain: Financial Services.

Your challenge
* You are the go to person for AI offerings within your industry by building, sharing and managing knowledge internally and externally and foster innovation that is relevant to your industry
* Shape and define your GTM (Go To Market), based on your extensive industry expertise, and steer and acquire new business opportunities within your industry
* Create a business plan industry-wide and define and share action plans accordingly including different stakeholders internally (Business Development and Delivery and Advisory Units) and externally (eco-system)
* Create and evangelize the unique ML6 positioning, fostering innovation and creating positive impact for your industry
* Develop new and existing relations with partners, the ecosystem and business networks to discover opportunities and to create joint business plans
* Leverage your broad industry network and established relationships, and continue to nurture them, via referrals and credibility
* Closely work together with our AI Client Partners & Executives to provide on-the-job coaching based on your best practices
* Closely work together with our (Principal) Functional Engineers that are guiding different teams to stay up to date on the latest industry project developments and opportunities
Why you?
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* 10+ years of experience in growing the Financial Services segment (business development) and/or combined with a strong consultancy background within this segment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a local language (Dutch or German) and comfortable speaking to C-level executives
* Open to travel (BE/NL/DACH)
* Deep understanding of your industry’s market, their players, and the challenges they are facing
* Bring in a network within your industry that you’ve helped growing before
* Understand customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plan, business drivers and competitive landscape within your industry
* Are recognized as a thought leader within your industry
* Experienced with proposal building, contracting and negotiation
* Passionate & with understanding of technology, data and AI
* Love taking ownership to further accelerate your industry with AI
