We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Data & AI Solution & Pre-sales Architect to not only master the Microsoft Fabric platform and related services but also to act as a Lead Consultant and Technical Leader in client engagements. This is a senior role where your deep technical expertise will be balanced with strong customer interfacing, sales support, and the ability to mentor and lead technical delivery teams. You will transform complex business challenges into actionable, predictive solutions, enabling data-driven decisions for our industry-leading clients. Key Responsibilities: Architect, Evangelize, Inspire You will be the end-to-end architect and solution driver, utilizing the full Microsoft Fabric and data services suite: Client & Sales Engagement: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal sales teams, translating complex business needs into clear, winning technical proposals and roadmaps. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, defining best practices and architecture standards for Fabric implementations. Design & Architecture: Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and Lakehouse architectures using OneLake, Data Factory, and Synapse Data Engineering/Warehouse, Databricks. Insight & Visualization: Develop compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI. Advanced Analytics: Leverage Synapse Data Science and Real-Time Analytics to deliver advanced, predictive insights and utilize Data Activator for automated actions. Governance & Security: Implement robust data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Fabric environment, potentially using Microsoft Purview.
