About the Company:
GBL Staffing Solutions is looking for a Real Estate & Financial Controller for an international real estate company located in the Brussels outskirts, specialized in convenience real estate. You will join a dynamic finance team that actively contributes to the company's future growth.
Your Role
As a Real Estate & Financial Controller, you act as the link between the Finance and Investment teams. You collect, analyze, and present data, providing insights and advice to decision-makers based on the portfolio's performance.
Purpose & Your Responsibilities
* Support investment teams by collecting, analyzing, and centralizing real estate and financial data
* Coordinate and standardize the valuation process and present outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare, coordinate, and ensure timely completion of property and portfolio reports
* Analyze P&L results, budgets, and financial KPIs of the portfolio
* Participate in annual budgeting and semi-annual re-forecast processes
* Contribute actively to internal and external reporting and analyses
* Support the team with various ad-hoc projects and financial analyses
Skills & Experience
* Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent through experience
* Experience in audit, financial analysis, or real estate is a plus
* Ability to analyze the financial, accounting, and tax implications of real estate transactions
* Strong analytical skills and interest in financial metrics and trends
* Excellent Dutch and/or French with fluent English
* Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
* Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, eager to learn, team player with commercial flair and a practical mindset
