WHO YOU AREYou have a higher education degree or equivalent experienceYou have experience in operations, logistics, or a similar environment, with a strong affinity for operational managementYou are structured, organized, and able to bring clarity in complex environmentsYou are a strong problem solver with a pragmatic and analytical mindsetYou are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and digital toolsYou have a natural leadership style and know how to engage and motivate teamsYou are hands-on, proactive, and take ownershipYou are curious, adaptable, and continuously looking to improveYou communicate fluently in French and English and or Dutch
