From positioning and messaging all the way to websites and launch campaigns. Our work also includes go-to-market execution: campaign and landing page iterations, launches, and growth experiments built to find what actually moves the needle. We work with startups whose product is moving faster than their marketing setup. Teams that need the right systems, story, and execution before growth gets expensive to fix. The Role As a Growth / Digital Marketing Intern, you'll support the more technical and performance-oriented side of marketing. You'll work on campaign setup, CRM and email workflows, tracking, tool integrations, and the operational side of shipping campaigns well. This role is for someone who likes both marketing and the machinery behind it. What you'll do Help build and optimize email marketing flows Support CRM hygiene, segmentation, and campaign setup Assist with HubSpot-related tasks and marketing automations Help connect forms, landing pages, reporting, and campaign tools Support paid campaigns, performance tracking and reporting Spot friction in existing workflows and help improve them Work on the systems that make good marketing scalable Come up with growth experiments and ad angles What we look for Systems mindset: You like structure, logic, and making things run smoothly Tool curiosity: You enjoy learning platforms, integrations, and workflows and curious about how to integrate AI into your work Bias to solve: When something breaks, you troubleshoot instead of freezing Detail orientation: You catch small mistakes before they become big ones Performance awareness: You care whether something works, not just whether it looks finished You don't need to know every tool already. You've used HubSpot, Clay, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Mailchimp, Notion, Airtable, Webflow, or similar tools.
