Lead Category-defining Products That Shape How Millions Control Sound
If you're tired of being boxed into legacy systems, slow decisions, or lack of product vision — this role will change how you feel about product management. At Loop, you’ll take full ownership of launching next‑gen passive hearing protection and standout accessories. You’ll lead from the front — turning insights into real, stylish, in‑demand products that push the edge of comfort, protection, and self‑expression. With end‑to‑end responsibility and a sharp, driven team around you, you’ll help build the most loved earwear brand on the planet.
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll turn insight into innovation
In this role, you’ll lead product development from idea to launch — owning roadmaps that shape how people experience sound around the world. You’ll partner with engineering and design to identify new product opportunities, distill user insights into product specs, and create clear charters to get new developments off the ground. You’ll connect the dots across brand, operations, and marketing to make sure each new launch hits the mark in both quality and timing. Whether it’s scaling our core earplug line or driving innovation in new hearing protection markets, your influence will be everywhere.
Your Other Responsibilities
Define product opportunities backed by customer research and trend analysis
Build business cases including COGS, timelines, and commercial impact
Guide cross‑functional teams from concept to production
Lead presentations to senior leadership and secure buy‑in for new ideas
Stay on top of trends in consumer audio, wearables, and material tech
How You’ll Succeed As a Senior Product Manager

You’re not afraid to challenge assumptions, but you know when to push and when to bring people together. This role requires fast learning, strong ownership, and confidence in a cross‑functional setting. Great communication is a must — not for talking, but for getting things done.
