Customer Service Representative (Multilingual) – Brussels
For one of our partners, a company specialized in customer relations, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a multilingual team based in Brussels.
In this role, you will support customers on a daily basis and ensure a smooth, professional and positive customer experience, mainly within a banking-related environment.
Your Role
You will be the main point of contact for customers and help them with their questions related to products and services, always with a strong focus on quality and clarity.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle customer requests via phone, email and chat
* Provide clear and professional support
* Answer questions related to accounts, transactions, orders and services
* Follow procedures and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
* Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
* Work closely with your team and share knowledge and best practices
* Continuously learn through training and coaching
Language Requirements (Important)
* German : fluent (main working language)
* French and/or English : good professional level
Your Profile
* Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
* Experience in customer service, banking or finance is a plus
* Motivated, proactive and willing to learn
* Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment
* Detail-oriented and reliable
