Job Title: Medical Project Coordinator
Overview
The role of a Medical Project Coordinator is to oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of specific mid-term and long-term projects within the medical equipment manufacturing sector. This position requires a strong background in project management, manufacturing processes, and medical device regulations.
Responsibilities
* Project Planning and Execution: Coordinate the planning and execution of manufacturing projects ensuring they are completed on time and meet project goals.
* Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project objectives.
* Documentation Management: Review and maintain project status documents for financial follow-up, project planning, and project execution.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team in creating planning documents, technical documents, and tenders analysis.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product development, engineering, and operations teams to align manufacturing processes with project objectives and client requirements.
* Clients Collaboration: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure project progress and alignment with their requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in Project Management.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial company, ideally in Pharma/Medical Devices/Equipment.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and be proactive.
* Fluent in English, preferably with a good level of Dutch/French.
