We are looking for a bilingual (French/Dutch) HR Generalist, passionate about Soft HR, talent development, and people cohesion, while ensuring solid HR administrative follow-up.
This role is key to strengthening team engagement, supporting managers, and structuring our talent development approach as we continue to grow.

1. Soft HR – Your Core Focus
People Management & Team Cohesion
* Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers
* Foster collaboration between teams across projects and offices, and help organize team events
* Proactively detect potential issues such as misalignment, disengagement, conflicts, or workload imbalance
* Support conflict resolution and sensitive discussions
* Contribute to a healthy, respectful, and high-performing work environment
Talent Development & Performance
* Support and structure performance evaluation processes
* Assist managers in identifying strengths, growth areas, and development plans
* Contribute to talent mapping and internal mobility
* Encourage employee autonomy, accountability, and initiative
* Help employees grow both technically and behaviorally within demanding industrial environments
Learning & EHS
* Coordinate training plans aligned with business and project needs
* Support the organization of technical and non-technical trainings
* Support EHS matters to ensure compliance and safety
2. Recruitment & Candidate Follow-Up
* Manage recruitment processes from job briefing to onboarding
* Conduct soft skills interviews and assess cultural & behavioral fit
* Partner with managers to refine candidate evaluation
* Ensure a high-quality and structured candidate experience
3. Hard HR
* Payroll coordination and HR administration
* Prepare contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
* Manage onboarding & offboarding processes
* Ensure compliance with Belgian labor law and social security regulations
* Maintain accurate HR data and reporting
Requirements:
* 4–7 years of HR experience
* Strong affinity for Soft HR and people development
* Experience in recruitment and soft skills interviews
* Solid understanding of Belgian labor law and HR administration
* Fluent in French and Dutch
* Structured, empathetic, and solution-oriented
* Comfortable working with engineers and technical profiles
* Able to balance human sensitivity with business pragmatism
