You take personal ownership of outcomes — including when things go wrong. /p pbEmbed AI that actually changes the experience. /b /p pIdentify where AI removes real friction — not where it makes a demo impressive. Whether that's intelligent automation, LLM-powered documentation, or predictive workflows, you work hands‑on with our AI development team, define meaningful evaluation criteria, and measure impact in production. /p pbUse AI to accelerate how your team builds. /b /p pAI is not just something you build into products — it's something you use to build them faster. You actively leverage AI tools in your own workflow: generating prototypes, synthesising research, drafting specs, running competitor analysis. You help your squad adopt the same habits, compressing the distance between idea and validated output. /p pbOwn the functional design of your product. /b /p pYou are not a passive consumer of design. You shape the functional architecture of your product — how it flows, how it structures information, how it handles edge cases. You work closely with Architects and designers and, when needed, produce your own wireframes and flow diagrams to drive alignment. Engineering should never be waiting for a clear functional picture. /p pbChampion adoption, not just launches. /b /p pPartner with Customer Success and Sales so that new capabilities land well. Activation and retention metrics get the same attention as ship dates. /p pbRaise the craft bar for everyone around you. /b /p pYou are not a solo contributor. Review other PMs' work, share discovery insights openly, and help build the product practices that our Product Engineering org needs to scale. The best version of this role makes the whole tribe sharper. /p h3Profile? /h3 ul li6–10 years of Product Management experience owning products end-to-end — discovery, specification, launch, measurement, and the hard iteration that follows. /li liDeep product craft: you run structured discovery, write specifications that engineers trust, and make prioritization decisions from evidence rather than instinct or volume of requests. /li liShipped AI or ML-powered features in production — comfortable working with data scientists on evaluation methodology and production trade-offs, not just writing PRDs for them. /li liTrack record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software for professional end-users; experience in healthcare or other regulated contexts is a genuine advantage. /li liAble to influence without authority — across engineering, design and commercial stakeholders — and comfortable doing so in a company mid-transformation. /li liA natural mentor: you give direct feedback, share what you learn, and consider it part of the job to make the PMs around you better. /li liEnglish is the working language of the Product Engineering team.
