You will join a small, hands-on IT team in Antwerp and act as a key interface between the local organization and the Puig Group.

Reporting to: Enterprise Applications Leader (Puig Group)
As IT Business Application Manager, you are responsible for the management, evolution, and performance of key business applications, with a focus on ERP and PLM systems. You ensure that business needs are translated into scalable IT solutions, aligned with the global technology landscape.
Application Ownership
Manage and optimize the application landscape (including ERP and PLM)
Business Partnering
Act as a key partner for business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into IT solutions
Support business analysis and solution design
Act as L2 point of contact for application-related issues
Oversee external partners and ensure service quality
Vendor Management and Governance
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
Experience with application management and/or ERP environments
Background in IT Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or IT Project environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English (Dutch is not required)
High-impact role within an international and growing organization
Clear potential for growth towards a broader IT leadership role
