The roleWe're looking for a Director to help lead and grow our consulting practice. You'll own client engagements end-to-end, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver high-impact work at the intersection of business strategy and technology.This is a path-to-Partner role. You'll have real ownership from day one — selling, scoping, and delivering engagements — with coaching and support from the Partner team as you grow into a full partnership position.Predominantly Brussels-based with periodic travel to client sites across Belgium and Europe.

ProfileRequired experience5–8 years in strategy consulting or 7–12 years in product leadership or technology transformationAt least 2–3 years at manager/senior manager level or equivalentTrack record of leading consulting engagements or complex transformation programmesDeep expertise in at least one of: product management, digital transformation, operating model design, or AI/analytics strategyExperience facilitating executive-level conversations
EducationAdvanced degree in engineering, business, or related field; technical background strongly preferred
LanguagesEnglish and either French or Dutch
