Title: Conversational AI Designer – Agentic Experience Design
Location: Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Design the next generation of intelligent assistants — agents that don't just respond, but act: proactive, autonomous, and deeply helpful.
This role sits at the crossroads of UX, AI, and product. You'll shape how users interact with AI-powered agents in complex enterprise environments.
What you'll do
Agentic Experience Design
* Design goal-based conversational journeys that enable autonomous task completion, proactive support, and self-service.
* Structure modular, reusable conversational components that adapt to user behavior, intent, and enterprise workflows.
* Define escalation logic, fallback strategies, and smooth handovers between agents, humans, and backend systems.
AI Integration & Collaboration
* Work closely with NLP/NLU engineers to improve intent recognition, classification, and response quality across channels.
* Use AI tools (e.g. Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework, LangChain, custom LLM frameworks) to build conversations with context-awareness and memory.
* Leverage data from past interactions (analytics, heatmaps, feedback loops) to continuously improve agent performance and personalization.
Strategy & Governance
* Establish tone of voice, bot personality, and ethical guidelines for human–AI interaction.
* Contribute to a conversational design system that aligns with UX, branding, and service design libraries.
* Monitor and optimize conversation success metrics to reduce friction and increase task completion and satisfaction.
What you bring
Must-have skills & experience
* 3–5 years' experience in conversational design, AI UX, or content design for digital/enterprise products.
* Strong understanding of agentic automation, prompt engineering, and the capabilities/limits of GenAI and NLU models.
* Hands-on experience designing bots or assistants using tools like Dialogflow CX, Rasa, Watson Assistant, Botpress, or custom LLM-based frameworks.
* Ability to create conversation flows, tone-of-voice guidelines, and bot personality specs aligned with enterprise service expectations.
* Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
Bonus points
* Experience with LLM orchestration, memory design, or multi-agent systems.
* Familiarity with enterprise AI stacks (OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, LangChain, vector databases, etc.).
* Knowledge of UX writing, service design, and enterprise automation.
* Background in linguistics, cognitive science, or behavioural design.
