Role & responsibilities
* End‑to‑end ownership of Change & Release Management across both project‑related and BAU activities
* Close collaboration with IT Managers, application teams and external service providers
* Coordination, risk assessment and validation of changes and releases
* Ensuring process compliance, quality and operational readiness
* Actively challenging suppliers on procedures, reliability and delivery
* Acting as backup Incident Manager, including coordination of major incidents, communication and post‑incident follow‑up
* Contributing to governance, audits, KPIs, SLAs and continuous process improvement initiatives
* Documenting and improving ITIL processes (Change, Release, Incident)
Profile
* Senior, hands‑on xphnsxz Change & Release Manager
* Strong background in ITIL environments
* Experience in complex, enterprise‑level infrastructures
* Comfortable in operational and governance‑oriented contexts
* Ability to operate calmly and decisively in high‑pressure situations
