Project Manager Traction Systems & Services - English/French - ALTEN Belgium
The PositionAs part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our teams and work on client projects located in Charleroi.
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:Drive project execution according to QCD objectivesLead and coordinate transversal project teamsServe as the main customer contact, managing communication and expectationsPrepare and lead monthly project reviews (planning, financial dashboards, KPIs)Anticipate and manage project risks, conflicts, and crisis situationsEnsure reporting accuracy and propose corrective action plansSupport the Customer Account Leader in managing profitability and project margins
Your profile:Minimum 5 years of experience in project managementExperience in industrial environments (rail, energy, aerospace, or similar)Proven success managing transversal teams and coordinating complex projectsBusiness-oriented mindset, able to balance technical aspects with financial and strategic prioritiesYou have good communication skills in English and FrenchExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and synthesis capabilities
