As TRORA is not able to communicate via Webservices, an intermediate interface has been developed and is hosted by the service provider NRB to enable communication with WBFIN.
The process of migrating data, files, or folders already present in TRORA2.0 to the new TRORA. This includes copying or migrating files, databases, configurations, or other stored items, to ensure continuity of service and updating without losing important information while sorting and eliminating duplicates to make this migration as pleasant as possible.
The deliverables expected of the Database Management expert at the end of the mission are:
A functional and schematic analysis of the data extraction, transformation and loading approach;
A load analysis and a high-level roadmap specifying the expected migration time of all the useful data and documents associated with the files;
Support to the SPW Digital Business and Functional Analyst in the effort to match data between the old application and the new application;
A test report between the data and documents to be migrated (old application) and the migrated data (new application);
All documented data and document migration scripts.

Purpose of the mission
The main activities of the mission will be to:
Analyze the schema of the old TRORA application and the new TRORA application;
Listen to the business experts of the SPW EER and TLPE and the business and functional analyst of the SPW Digital on the problems and specificities of the current scheme and on the transformations carried out on the new scheme;
Analyze and document the data migration strategy from the old to the new schema;
Carry out the validation plan for the proper data migration;
Write the migration scripts from the old to the new schema;
