Task objectives and deliverables:
Context:
Our client is looking for a service provider to provide IT support. The main task is to ensure the whole company’s IT stack runs smoothly. To monitor and maintain the company’s computer systems, installing, and configuring software, and solving technical issues as they arise.
Objectives:
* Increase security of the IT setup throughout the organisation
* Optimise the efficiency of the IT setup throughout the organisation
* Implement best practices throughout the organisation
Deliverables:
* Provide technical IT support when needed
* Audit & optimise the client's security setup
* Perform IT administrative work when needed
Skills:
* Information Security Management - Expert Level
Work hours, travel requirements, etc.
* Work up to 3 days for this SoW. As a service provider, you are free to choose when you wish to work with the client or to take holidays.
* Travels to support the execution of this SoW (up to 0% of the time) - fully remote
