Role Overview - What’s ‘In-store’?
As Project Manager (Software/ Hardware), you will play a pivotal role in supporting, advising, and facilitating the core processes of the project management team. You will be responsible for preparing and setting up projects and the associated project organisation, as well as leading their implementation within agreed cost, quality, time, organisational and communication parameters. Acting as a key point of expertise for software and hardware issues, you will provide specialist technical support and guidance on complex problems or malfunctions.
Through your leadership and communication skills, you will help ensure that project objectives are achieved in full alignment with the organisation’s wider business strategy.
Monitor and report on process efficiency, staffing levels and deployment to Professional Services management; Direct, coach and support project members to ensure quality execution and collaboration.

~ Lead the project team within defined scope; Propose process and product improvements to enhance quality for future projects, products and services.
Perform additional activities as assigned or agreed with management.

Planning & Organising: Advanced planning and organisational skills are critical to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and deliver projects within scope.

Persuasion: The ability to influence stakeholders is essential for gaining buy-in, resolving conflicts, and driving project success.
Customer Focus: Maintaining a customer-centric approach helps anticipate client requirements and build long-term relationships.
Written and Verbal Communication in French (preferred), English and Dutch: Both clear and structured writing and presentation skills enables effective documentation, reporting, and communication with diverse audiences.
Commercial Acts: A basic understanding of commercial considerations helps align project decisions with client needs and organisational profitability.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability is needed to interpret complex technical and business information, diagnose problems quickly, and recommend effective solutions.
