About Emma Legal
Emma Legal is the AI due diligence workspace built for M&A lawyers, investment funds, and corporate in-house counsel. We connect directly to the world's leading virtual data rooms, surface what's missing, flag material risks at clause level, and produce structured, decision-grade reports. Weeks of review become hours, with the lawyer always in control.
In just 18 months, we've won M&A and Transaction Innovation at the Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards 2026 in New York, supported over USD 1.4 billion in transactions across the globe, and earned the trust of firms like Watson Farley & Williams, BDO, Covenant, Eurowind Energy, HubSpot, SDFM, TechOne and more. Backed by 6 Degrees Capital, PMV, and Entourage Capital, and growing fast.
We're a small team moving fast in one of the most consequential corners of AI right now. Every hire matters. Every output matters. This role is no exception.
Who We Are
* We take it personally. Ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. You run with the work, even the unglamorous parts.
* We hold the bar high. Direct, ego-free feedback. The best idea wins, not the loudest voice. Good enough isn't the standard when our customers close billion-dollar deals on our work.
* We grow together. As a team, and alongside the lawyers and funds we build for. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
* We enjoy the ride. Serious about the work, never about ourselves. The best teams laugh a lot, and we do.
If pace, impact, and raising the bar are what get you going, this is the place.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Associate to support the execution of high-impact marketing across the company. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience building a category-defining brand inside a fast-scaling company and industry.
You'll work directly with the Founding CMO with a front-row seat to how a category gets built, and your hands on most of it. It starts execution-heavy and wide: posts, campaigns, events, the lot. But this is a scale-up, so the role grows as fast as you do. Get your reps in, and you'll move from running the plays to helping call them. That's the trajectory: come in to do the work, grow into shaping where it goes. One hour you're drafting a LinkedIn post, the next you're building a list in HubSpot or prepping a booth for a London conference. You'll take real ownership of your work.
It's ideal for someone who thrives when the brief is loose and the stakes are real, who sets the bar high, who takes accountability, and who takes pride in work that helps achieve our goals, not just work that looks good.
What You'll Do
* Support execution across the full marketing function: content, web, paid, events, sales collateral, outbound, and CRM, keeping brand consistency and quality high across every output.
* Help plan and deliver campaigns, customer initiatives, conferences, and Emma-hosted experiences.
* For events, coordinate logistics end-to-end: vendor management, attendee communications, run-of-show planning, and on-site execution. We exhibit across the US, UK, and Europe, you make sure we show up well.
* Write and amplify content: posts, case studies, announcements, customer stories, and event follow-ups.
* Build and update landing pages and website content in Webflow, and support conversion across key pages.
* Plan, launch, and report on campaigns across email, social, paid media, and digital channels. Run A/B tests, kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
* Maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and persona narratives that sales can actually use.
* Build and maintain targeted outreach lists for ICP accounts, and support outbound sequencing and copy with sales.
* Own HubSpot hygiene: data quality, segmentation, workflows, and pipeline reporting, so the data the team relies on stays clean.
* Bring creative ideas that sharpen Emma's presence across every touchpoint.
What You Bring
* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech/AI, or professional services.
* Hands-on across more than one channel. You're not a single-discipline specialist yet, and that's fine.
* A strong, clear writer. Concise, no jargon, able to adapt tone to the audience.
* Some hands-on experience with paid media on LinkedIn or Google: setup, remarketing, performance tracking.
* Exceptional organization and attention to detail. You're comfortable holding several moving parts at once.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You don't need a detailed brief to get started.
* Comfortable working on a website or landing page. Webflow is a plus, not a requirement.
* Familiar with marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion). Experience is a plus.
* Strong written English required. Additional European languages a plus.
* Bonus: genuine interest in legal.
* Based in Belgium. (Our main base is Antwerp, with a second spot at Wintercircus in Ghent.)
What We Offer
* Emma is shifting into the next gear of growth, and you'll be one of the people making it move. The learning curve is steep on purpose: a lot of experience, fast, with great exposure on the mechanics of international marketing.
* Competitive salary, benchmarked to market for a scale-up at this stage.
* Equity (ESOPs). You're helping build something real, you should own a piece of it.
* Flexible working: a mix of office and home.
How to Apply
* Apply here on LinkedIn or send your CV and a short note on why this one caught your eye to marketing@emma.legal.
