Join Contraste as a Service Desk Agent. At Contraste, each team member contributes to diverse and innovative projects.Your ChallengesAs a Service Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in first-line IT support, responding to users’ needs and ensuring an optimal user experience:Provide first- and second-line support to end-users and IT managers in Belgium.Serve as the central contact for all internal IT questions.Register, analyze, assign, and resolve calls, emails, tickets, and requests via the portal, adhering to set standards, procedures, and SLAs.Track and document ongoing incidents and requests, maintaining clear communication with users.Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the support team’s innovation.Keep the knowledge base up-to-date.The StackClient SW environment: Windows 10, Office 2016, O365, Windows Server 2008R2, 2016, 20212 (virtualized)ITSM tools: SCSM, TopDesk, ServiceNowTelephony: CiscoYour ProfileExcellent written and verbal skills in both French and English.Secondary degree with 3 years of experience in IT support within an ITIL environment.Solution-oriented and proactive, with strong communication skills.Resilient to stress, flexible, and able to work well in a team (hours: 7:30 a.M.-6:00 p.M.).Able to work autonomously while being a supportive team member.Strong IT basics and a genuine interest in the field.Our OfferA career opportunity within a dynamic, fast-growing company.A collaborative work environment focused on personal and professional development.An attractive compensation package and benefits based on your profile and experience.Join Us!Ready for the challenge?
