Azuro is recruiting a Team Leader Employee Benefits for a leading insurance company.
In this role, you will lead and coach a team of EB specialists, ensuring the efficient and high-quality management of group insurance portfolios.
You combine people management with operational oversight, while actively contributing to the further development and optimization of EB activities.
You act as a key point of contact for complex cases, support process improvements, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, actuarial and management.
Your profile
* Experience in Employee Benefits / group insurance
* First experience in team leadership or coaching
* Strong knowledge of life insurance / supplementary pensions
* Hands-on, structured and people-oriented
* Fluent in Dutch and professional in French (or vice versa)
