Your role
in key responsibilities:
* Critical Care Business monitoring (contracts execution, pricing & conditions execution, orders, sales) for all customers,
* Coordination with Supply Manager for thrombosis products (supply planning, replenishments, delivery)
* Process financial / administrative information for the team (e.g., invoices, expense claims, track team budget) checking and validating information for completeness and investigating errors / discrepancies.
* Monitoring all Sales & Marketing expenses - Responsible for checking the invoices that concern all Sales & Marketing activities (PCOs, agencies, etc. ) as well as regarding the relevant supporting documentation.
* Establish and maintain office procedures and systems (e.g., filing or record-keeping systems, contract databases) to support team processes.
* Support in customer contracting (review existing price & conditions, maintain contract database, prepare renewals & new contracts).
* Co-ordinate arrangements for internal and external meetings and conferences, coordinating travel arrangements for attendees, to meet general requirements and cost constraints.
* Ad hoc business analysis & ad hoc business projects
Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
* University Degree,
* Excellent command of the English language,
* Computing skills (Very good skills in Excel, Power Point, Word, Internet),
* Great prior experience with marketing management in pharmaceutical industry with multiple customer groups and product categories,
* Operating in an organization with agreed standards of business ethics and code of conduct to be compliant with rules and regulations,
* Effective communication skills,
* Experience in a culturally diverse workplace through domestic and international projects or global cross-country teams
