We are seeking Brazilian Portuguese Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Internet Culture (memes, social challenges, and street interviews‑related) to create high‑quality, expert‑level question‑and‑answer content. This role goes beyond basic data labeling and requires deep domain knowledge, critical thinking, and strong writing skills to test advanced reasoning and contextual understanding in Brazilian Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop advanced, open‑ended questions grounded in realistic, real‑world scenarios related to internet culture, digital communities, memes, viral phenomena, social media behavior, and online trends within the Brazilian market
* Provide in‑depth, accurate, and well‑structured answers supported by strong domain knowledge
* Incorporate Brazil‑specific cultural, social, and regulatory context where relevant
* Design content that requires critical thinking, nuance, and multi‑step reasoning
* Ensure clarity, precision, and consistently high writing quality in Brazilian Portuguese
* Follow detailed project guidelines and meet agreed timelines and quality standards
Use of AI tools to generate answers or questions is strictly prohibited.
Requirements
* Native or fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (pt‑B)
* 5–10+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
* Demonstrated expertise through academic background and/or industry experience
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner
* Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality output in a guideline‑driven environment
Nice to Have
* Experience with content creation, research, education, or knowledge evaluation
* Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or evaluation projects
* Background in interdisciplinary work (e.g. media studies, sociology, digital anthropology, online communities, platform culture)
Suitable backgrounds may include digital culture research, social media strategy, meme analysis, online community management, content creation, internet journalism, or cultural commentary focused on Brazilian online spaces. Relevant profiles could include influencers, digital marketers, trend analysts, professional content creators, podcast hosts, street interview creators, or individuals with recognized experience studying or shaping internet culture, viral trends, social challenges, and online communities in Brazil.
