Responsibilities
* Drive imec’s workplace vision. Enable flexible and hybrid working through a variety of campus facilities — including shared desks, focus booths, meeting rooms, wellbeing spaces, a company restaurant, and vending solutions.
* Guide teams in adjusting to office design changes, while working closely with colleagues from ICT and Facilities. You will report to the HR Director responsible for Workplace Experience.
* Facilitate the definition of team agreements in the teams.
* Design ways of working that promote a consistent workplace experience and hospitality-driven mindset.
* Bring continuous improvement using imec’s data-driven insights and industry best practices.
* Oversee the upgraded catering & hospitality offering. Manage vendors with a focus on quality, sustainability, capture rate, and budget KPIs.
* Support workplace transformations across imec’s international sites, ensuring consistent implementation.

Qualifications
* Experience in workplace strategy, catering, and/or hospitality management.
* Excel in fast-paced, technology-driven international environments.
* Innovative, sustainability-minded, and naturally creative and solution-oriented.
* Strong communication, change management, and/or project management skills.
* Steer the workplace experience to positively impact employee effectiveness, well‑being, and community building.
* Approach challenges with determination and perseverance.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset.
