The Role In this position, you are more than just a coder; you are an architect, an innovator, and a strategic partner. You will translate functional requirements into robust, future-proof software solutions. Your key responsibilities: Development & Innovation: Program software applications and proactively propose trending solutions that align with the Parliament's functional and technological needs. End-to-End Lifecycle: From modeling and testing to integrating solutions into the online environment and monitoring for corrective/evolutionary maintenance. Quality & Security: Ensure all software meets non-functional requirements, including high performance, scalability, maintainability, and top-tier security. Collaboration: Manage workshops, maintain project documentation, and act as a technical bridge for the editorial and conception teams. Knowledge Sharing: Actively transfer expertise to the development team to elevate the collective technical standard. Your Profile Tech Stack: Strong experience in modern web development with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Frontend Mastery: Experience building applications with frameworks like Next.js, Astro, or similar. CMS Expertise: Familiarity working with Content Management Systems (e.g., Strapi, Jahia, or comparable platforms). Engineering Core: Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS (responsive design, component-based styling), and integrating REST APIs. DevOps & Data: Experience with build tools (NPM, Webpack, Vite), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL). Mindset: You thrive in Agile environments, work well independently, and enjoy collaborative team dynamics. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with Strapi (content modeling and improving editor experience). Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR). Experience in multi-site or multi-tenant platforms.
