Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Key Account Manager role based in Mechelen. The Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, contributing to business planning, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include managing account portfolios, analyzing performance data, and ensuring exceptional customer service while fostering long-term value for both clients and the company.
Qualifications
* Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise to build and sustain client relationships
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to understand performance metrics and develop effective strategies
* Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service to meet and exceed client expectations
* Self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or account management role
* Proficiency in CRM tools and business development processes
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred but not mandatory
