Mission
We are looking for a Digital Communication Associate to join our Corporate Communication team and play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing and content strategy.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience in social media management, content creation, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and digital analytics, eager to drive brand visibility and engagement across multiple digital channels.
As part of the Corporate Communication team, you will define and execute the corporate digital communication strategy, ensuring consistency, performance, and impact across all digital touchpoints.
You will manage social media channels, website content, SEO optimization, and digital performance tracking, contributing to a data-driven communication strategy.
Key responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Content Marketing
1. Define and implement a digital communication and content strategy aligned with business objectives
2. Ensure consistency of brand communication across all digital platforms
Social Media Management
3. Manage and grow corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
4. Plan and execute a social media content calendar
5. Optimize content formats for engagement and performance (organic vs. paid content)
6. Monitor interactions and manage community engagement
7. Track and improve social media KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions)
Content Creation & Visual Communication
8. Create and coordinate digital content (visuals, videos, social media assets)
9. Use photo editing, video editing, and design tools to produce engaging content
10. Independently shoot and edit short-form video content for social media
Website & SEO
11. Manage and update website content via CMS
12. Optimize website pages for SEO and organic traffic growth
13. Improve internal linking between social media and website content
Digital Analytics & Performance Tracking
14. Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
15. Track KPIs and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content strategy
16. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis
Skills and Qualifications
You have
17. Master’s degree in communication, digital marketing, or related field
18. 2–5 years of experience in digital communication / digital marketing / social media management
19. Strong expertise in: Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) Content Creation & Content Strategy SEO and website optimization Google Analytics and digital performance tracking
20. Proficiency in photo editing, video editing, and visual design tools
21. Experience with CMS platforms is a plus
22. Fluent in French and English
