About the Role
We are looking for an SMM Manager who can manage daily social media operations with precision and discipline. This role is focused on content publishing, link placement, monitoring, and performance tracking, rather than creative copywriting or journalism.
The ideal candidate understands how social platforms work operationally and can maintain stable publishing workflows while using analytics and monitoring tools to support decision-making.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in social media management
* Clear understanding of content publishing workflows and platform mechanics
* Experience with social listening and monitoring tools (YouScan or similar)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work with schedules, content plans, and repetitive operational tasks
* Confident use of analytics dashboards and performance metrics
* Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines
Languages
* Ukrainian or Russian — required
* English — minimum B1 level
Responsibilities
* Managing and publishing posts across social media platforms according to the content plan
* Placing and distributing links on social platforms and external sources as required
* Monitoring mentions, discussions, and narratives using YouScan
* Tracking engagement, reach, and basic performance metrics
* Reporting notable trends, mentions, or anomalies to the team
* Ensuring consistency, timing, and accuracy of published content
