CONTEXT
The B2C Sales team manages several channels used to sell solutions, services, and installations.
Within this setup, the Digital Sales division is responsible for all online sales activities across the websites and digital partners, with a clear focus on innovation, optimization, and enhancing the customer journey.
In this role, you report to the E-Commerce Manager and contribute to shaping and executing the digital lead generation plan, helping to grow sales through the website and other digital platforms.
MISSION
The E-Commerce Expert is responsible for accelerating digital lead generation for both the B2C and PRO supply markets. This involves setting up test initiatives, analyzing performance using data insights, improving conversion through CRO efforts, and continuously experimenting (A/B tests, multivariate tests, offer experiments). The role also ensures that digital leads are accurately generated, captured, assessed, and efficiently transferred to the right sales teams for follow-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute lead generation tactics aligned with the broader e-commerce strategy and operational roadmap.
* Manage the full lead flow process: setup, daily operations, qualification, improvements, and final conversion together with the receiving sales channels.
* Follow up on lead-to-sale performance and identify improvements together with inbound, outbound, and direct sales teams.
* Build, maintain, and refine the lead ingestion process, dashboards, reporting framework, and lead scoring approach.
* Design, run, and evaluate test campaigns aimed at boosting lead creation.
* Set up and optimize various lead flows (e.g., incomplete sales journeys, website drop-offs, "save for later," cross-vertical paths, content-driven flows).
* Analyze end-to-end customer journeys and propose enhancements across product pages, funnels, CTAs, and conversion paths.
* Partner with Digital and Marketing teams to roll out new features and improvements grounded in testing and analytics.
* Monitor market trends and best practices from comparable digital-first sectors such as banking, telecom, or energy.

COMPETENCIES
* Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRO and tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely
* Practical experience generating leads for residential and professional customer segments
* Experience with experimentation platforms and UX analysis
* Solid understanding of digital advertising (Google, Meta, Display, etc.)
* Ability to convert insights into clear business actions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
* Proactive, structured, and driven to deliver results
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or equivalent experience
* Proven expertise in conversion optimization and data-driven performance analysis
* Fluency in Dutch or French, with strong English working proficiency
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally B2C
* Demonstrated success in CRO, performance campaigns, and digital analytics
