Sales Manager Nuclear Medicine/Radiopharmaceuticals
Lead and grow product sales in the Benelux region, meeting sales targets in line with company values and strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and coach 3 Key Account Managers to achieve regional sales goals.
* Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive business growth.
* IDentify and develop new business opportunities in the Benelux market.
* Maintain strong relationships with key hospital decision-makers to support sales efforts.
* Support tenders, customer service coordination, and compliance with regulatory processes.
Main Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (Science or Business preferred); medical background a plus.
* Strong experience in medical sales (radiology/nuclear medicine beneficial).
* 2–3 years of sales team management experience.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
* Able to travel outside Benelux; adept at handling multiple tasks and cross-cultural teams.
