As an HR Business Partner at Daikin Europe, you act as the trusted advisor for several business units — with a strong focus on our sales organisations. Strategic impact
Partner with business managers to translate their long-term growth ambitions into a solid HR roadmap.
Shape organisational and team development initiatives in a truly international context.
Collaborate closely with HR colleagues at HQ (Belgium) and across our European subsidiaries.
Lead and contribute to projects on workforce planning, recruitment, competence development, talent identification, retention, and more.
Operational excellence & daily partnership
You are the first point of contact for business leaders and support them in areas such as:
HR process optimisation – Adapt and refine HR processes to match evolving business needs.
Change management – Guide managers and employees in building a resilient, future‑ready mindset.
Selection & recruitment – Support final‑stage hiring decisions and challenge the business with creative, long‑term talent solutions.
Performance management – Co‑lead the annual performance review cycle for employees and management.
Retention & resilience – Use data to identify risks and opportunities, and roll out initiatives such as career pathways, development programs, and workshops.
Reporting & analytics – Own and improve reporting for your departments, using data to drive decisions.
Talent & leadership development – Help managers identify and grow their talent pools.
Stakeholder management – Align with social partners, managers, employees, and HR colleagues on key topics.
Profile description:
Master’s degree, preferably in an economic field, with interest in social law.
Enjoys variety and switching between different business domains.
Proactive, diplomatic, and solution‑oriented.
Willing to travel up to 20%.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with tools like Excel and SAP.
Creative, hands‑on, and able to drive projects to completion.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
We offer:
If you want to play a key role in shaping the people strategy of a growing international organisation, we’d love to meet you. This is your chance to influence, innovate, and grow — together with Daikin Europe.
